一、个人简历

王戈，男，湖北丹江口人。2019年6月毕业于华中科技大学行政管理专业，获管理学博士学位，现为华中师范大学公共管理学院副教授、博士生导师。在Public Administration Review、Public Management Review、Government Information Quarterly、Computers in Human Behavior、Cognitive Systems Research、Personality and Individual Differences、The Electronic Library、International Journal of Medical Informatics、公共管理与政策评论、现代传播-中国传媒大学学报、情报杂志等国内外权威期刊上发表近20篇学术论文。近年来向中宣部、教育部、国安局、湖北省委宣传部等部门提供有关意识形态安全、网络社会思潮、重大热点事件以及关键时间节点的舆情分析报告30多篇，多篇舆情报告受到中宣部和湖北省委领导的重视。
