华大中国之策学术季简介
“华大中国之策学术季”是华中师范大学政治学部在整合相关成员单位原有学术活动的基础上，策划的升级版公共政策学术品牌，旨在通过学术大讲堂、主题演讲、专题研讨、 国际会议、学术成果展示等各类活动，为公共政策理论和实践工作者提供智力碰撞、智力协作、智力创新、智力汇聚的深度交流平台。
首届“华大中国之策学术季”将于10月底至12月中旬举办，主要包含以下四个子活动：
第三届“理解中国公共政策” 工作坊 |
聚焦“理解中国公共政策”，共同探讨新时代中国公共政策理论与实践面临的挑战与机遇。促进学术期刊与学者的交流互动，提升青年研究者的科研能力，推进深化中国特色公共政策研究。 |
“华大国策大讲堂” 系列讲座 |
搭建交流平台，邀请公共政策研究领域的学者和实践部门的领导干部就研究和实践领域的前沿和突出问题分享研究成果和工作心得，促进公共政策理论和实践的对话。 |
第三届公共政策国际会议： 社会保障与共同富裕 |
国内外学者就社会保障与共同富裕领域的最新理论和实践前沿进行深入讨论，以期加强国内外同行之间的学术交流与学习，为实现共同富裕贡献智慧。 |
《理解中国公共政策系列丛书》 选题论证会 |
致力于汇聚公共政策研究领域的新思想、新理 念，系统总结中国特色公共政策理论与实践，促进产出一批公共政策领域新的高质量研究成果。 |
第三届公共政策国际会议：社会保障与共同富裕
第三轮通知
（2022年11月16日）
社会保障是世界各国均极为重视的一项社会制度，也是走向共同富裕的重要制度保障。社会保障不仅能够对于陷入生活困难者给予帮助和支持，而且可以促进经济社会高质量发展，是提升全体人民福祉的重要保障。在新的时代背景下，围绕“社会保障与共同富裕”进行学术探讨，具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。
第三届公共政策国际会议（ICPP）的主题为“社会保障与共同富裕”。本次会议旨在促进国内外学者就社会保障与共同富裕领域的最新理论和前沿实践进行讨论和思考，加强国内外同行之间的学术交流与学习。
鉴于目前全球新冠肺炎疫情防控形势依旧严峻复杂，本次会议采用线上会议形式。在此诚邀各位出席，现将会议有关事项通知如下：

The First Chinese Policy Academic Season
"The First Chinese Policy Academic Season" is an upgraded academic brand of public policy planned by the Faculty of Political Science of Central China Normal University on the basis of integrating the former academic activities of relevant organizational units. It aims to provide an in-depth exchange platform for public policy theory and practice researchers with intellectual collision, collaboration, innovation and convergence through various activities, such as academic lectures, keynote speeches, symposiums, international conferences and academic achievement displays.
Including the following four sub-activities，it is scheduled from the end of October to the mid-December.
The Third Workshop of Understanding Public Policy in China |
Focus on "Understanding Public Policy in China" and jointly explore the challenges and opportunities facing Chinese public policy theory and practice in the new era. Promote exchanges and interactions between academic journals and scholars, enhance the scientific research ability of young researchers, and promote the deepening of public policy research with Chinese characteristics. |
“National Policy Lectures in CCNU” Lecture Series |
Build an exchange platform, invite scholars in the field of public policy research and leading cadres of practice departments to share research achievements and work experience on cutting-edge and outstanding issues in the field of academic research and practice, and promote dialogue between public policy theory and practice. |
The 3rd International Conference on Public Policy: Social Security and Common Prosperity |
Scholars at home and abroad conduct in-depth discussions on the latest theories and practical frontiers in the field of social security and common prosperity, with a view to strengthening academic exchanges and learning between peers at home and abroad, and contributing wisdom to achieving common prosperity. |
“Understanding Public Policy in China Series” Topic Selection and Discussion Meeting |
It is committed to bringing together new ideas and concepts in the field of public policy research, systematically summarizing the theory and practice of public policy with Chinese characteristics, and promoting the output of a batch of new high-quality research achievements in the field of public policy. |

Social security is an important social system for all countries to achieve the goal of common prosperity. It helps and supports people with difficulties in life, promotes high-quality economic and social development, and helps improve the well-being of all people. Academic exchange on "Social Security and Common Prosperity" has essential theoretical value and practical significance in the new era.
The theme of the 3rd International Conference on Public Policy (ICPP) is social security and common prosperity. The purpose of this conference is to promote the discussion and exploration of the latest theories and cutting-edge practices in the field of social security and common prosperity among scholars around the world.
In view of the grim and complex situation in prevention and control of COVID-19, the 3rd ICPP will be held online. We sincerely invite scholars and policy makers around the world to attend this conference. Detailed information on this conference is as follows:
